RETURNING VENDOR APPLICATION

Welcome back to the festival family! We're thrilled to see you return. Apply now to keep the spirit and fun alive with our community this year!

If your product offerings haven't changed since your last approved application, please apply below.

Upon signing your application, you will be directed to our online payment processing to pay your $100 non-refundable deposit. Payment options include Debit/Credit cards and ACH direct payment from a checking or savings account.

NOTE:  Applications will not be processed without deposit payment.

Once the Application is processed and your deposit payment is received, you will receive a copy of your application by email.

 

All balances must be received no later than September 10th, 2024, or your spot will be voided.

Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see emails from us and save the DocuSign email for future reference.​

1. I request to be a vendor for the 2024 Smithville Irish Festival and agree to pay the following vendor fee:

 

  • $600.00 for Food Vendors

  • $350.00 for Craft Vendors

  • $175.00 for Children's Area Vendors

 

There will be no single-day admissions.

 

2. Each location will be 10' frontage & 15' depth with a 3-foot walkway between vendors.

NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED THE DAY OF THE FESTIVAL.

 

  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 per spot must accompany this application.

  • Balance is due by September 10th - no exceptions.

 

No spots will be held without deposit and final payment.

 

3. It is agreed and understood by applicants that receipt of this document becomes a contract between the applicant and the Smithville Irish Festival, Not with Historic Smithville.

 

4. Alcoholic beverages may not be sold or distributed as per State Law. Vendors, who disregard the law, will be closed.

 

5. All vendors will provide their own: Tents, tables and chairs.

 

6. Displays are to be arranged so as not to block adjoining booths, pathways, merchandise will not be placed in the aisles. Tables must be covered with table coverings to the floor.

 

7. Vendors MAY NOT COLLECT DEPOSITS for orders at the Festival. All merchandise sold must be on-site.

 

8. Vendors must assume responsibility for the safety of their merchandise and displays against loss or damage by: Fire, theft, inclement weather, accident or any destructive cause while on the festival property. Each vendor must provide a representative to be on hand for the sale of their merchandise and hereby release the: Cape Atlantic Irish Assoc. Inc. from any and all responsibility for the loss, damage or monies handled at their location. The festival will provide overnight security for the protection of locations from Saturday to Sunday only. Any vendors arriving or setting up on Friday evening do so at their own risk. They must also call ahead for proper placement and not leave vehicles and displays in festival area.

 

9. The Smithville Irish Festival reserves the right to refuse vendors which it deems detraction from the dignity of the festival. All Vendors must be in compliance with State and local laws.

 

10. Vendors will accept locations as assigned and will only use display racks for self-supporting boards or structures that fit in their assigned area. No merchandise will be placed in the aisles.

 

11. Storage of all extra merchandise, cartons and containers must be out of sight. We expect all of our vendors to present their wares in a professional manner with your booth name clearly displayed.

 

12. Vendors must be set up prior to 9 A.M. on Saturday and 9 A.M on Sunday. Vendors will be directed to their locations, and will place goods at designated spots. Their vehicles will be directed to vendor parking not located in vendor areas and will setup upon return to designated spot.

 

13. Vendors may not break down prior to close of the event. Vendors arriving after 9 A.M. on Saturday will not be admitted and fees will not be returned.

 

14. Each vendor must provide a representative to be on hand for the sale of their merchandise and hereby release the A.O.H. Division 2 and Cape Atlantic Irish Assoc. Inc. from any and all responsibility for the loss, damage or monies handled at their location.

 

15. Trash Removal, all vendors must bring all trash at the end of the day and at the end of the event to the receptacles located at the rear of Smithville.

 

16. All food vendors must supply insurance naming the Smithville Irish Festival, additional insured and provide the Township of Galloway with all health code forms.

Food vendors are required to check the boxes below to confirm that each form has been downloaded. Please follow the return instructions provided.

NOTE: If you will be selling a consumable of any kind you must complete a Mobile Retail Food Establishment Application and return to Atlantic County Division of Public Health.
