By completing this purchase, I acknowledge and agree that:

• All vendor registration sales are final, nonrefundable, and nontransferable.
• I am responsible for submitting all required health and fire forms, permits, licenses, insurance documents, and other required materials.
• Failure to submit required documentation or obtain required approvals may result in the loss of my vendor space without refund.
• I may sell only the products, food, beverages, or services previously approved by the festival.
• The festival is held rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather, attendance, vendor cancellation, or early departure.
