Food Vendor Forms
If you are selling a consumable of any kind, you must first complete a Mobile Retail Food Application and return to Atlantic County Division of Public Health.
This application is to be used by vendors who have received full prior approval from a Health Department and plan on participating in a special event.
Return to the Atlantic County Division of Public Health.
Food vendors using open burning/cooking methods must have a Fire Permit. The fire permit is $54 and is good for the whole year.
Return to the Galloway Township Office of the Fire Official.
