Please note, if you will be selling a consumable of any kind you must complete a Mobile Retail Food Establishment Application and return to Atlantic County Division of Public Health.

This application is to be used by vendors who have received full prior approval from a Health Department and plan on participating in a special event. Complete and return by fax to Atlantic County Division of Public Health.
Food Vendors using open burning/cooking methods will be required by Galloway Township to have a Fire Permit.
